Job Responsibilities:
1,Leading teams to assist our clients in designing and implementing innovative technology visions, comprehensive IT and digital strategies, including opportunity assessment, investment portfolio management, sourcing strategy, IT systems strategy and IT infrastructure strategy, and more
2, Developing detailed and actionable implementation roadmaps and business cases which reflect our practice’s deep industry, IT and business process acumen
3, Identifying where our clients can leverage digital technologies for greatest strategic impact, defining high
4, performance target state operating models and capabilities that supports future business growth
5, Leading multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement IT and digital strategy engagements
6, Undertaking sales origination, including working with client teams to identify opportunities
7, Owning and managing CIO and other C-suite client relationships
8, Owning and developing our offerings and assets
9, Leading, mentoring and developing our people

Job Requirement:
1, You will have extensive consulting experience and be recognized as an IT Strategy specialist
2, Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts through practical experience and via a keen interest in the latest innovation and thought leadership (e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration)
3, A strong understanding of industry operations, dynamics and trends through experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Goods, pharmaceuticals, retail, MT and etc.
4, Highly credible with the ability to engage on a broad CIO agenda, possessing the personal and professional attributes necessary to convince senior leadership to take bold actions and coach them through major change
5, Strong and proven track record in sales origination, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
6, Equally comfortable in the role of business or IT strategist; able to rapidly assess the IT implications of business strategy and the business implications of IT strategy
7, Ability to shape client strategic agenda and mobilize transformation programs
