• Ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound delivery of goods, by monitoring and communicating externally with 3PL,customs broker and internally with customer service teams, resolving logistic issues and requests related to product delivery.
• Monitor customs operation if necessary and make sure end to end tolling customs operation go smoothly.
• Ensure logistics activities are compliant, manages logistics costs against operating budget and owns cost to stay within budget, identifies and resolves cost variance drivers.
• Warehouse management, ensure inventory accuracy. Support PI count at shanghai and lead cycle counting for tolling raw material, work with finance on data variance and reconciliation
• Strong data analysis skills, drive continuous improvement or cost saving projects
• Responsible for 3PL billing reconciliation and payment request settlement.
• Other Assigned Task and Project: To perform other assigned project within the supply chain’s continuous improvement program when required.

• Bachelors Degree, Supply Chain Management, Engineering preferred.
• Material Management (APICS) courses preferred
• Operations and/or Six Sigma related training
• 5 years plus working experience area of Manufacturing/Supply Chain Operations
• Logistics / Customs Operations / Trade compliance Experience
• Previous work experience of working on process improvements
• Knowledge of SAP is an must
• Good understanding of manufacturing process, 3PL operations, cross border movement of goods, global trade compliance and supply chain process.
• Strong process improvement background with an emphasis on leveraging SAP ERP platforms to implement lean methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cost savings initiatives and communicating cost savings achievements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Demonstrated success in a metrics-oriented environment and an ability to create, track, and report out on metrics
