Job Title: Shift Production Technician

职位: 轮班生产技术员

Work schedule: 12 hrs/shift

工作规律: 12 小时/班

Responsibilities: ( 责任)

• Take operating plant roles (~60%)

  生产操作角色 (大约60%时间)

• Follows Operating Discipline policies, principles, procedures, standards and practices to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation. Ensures adequate operating discipline is available for all activities (planned and unplanned).

  执行操作纪律要求的方针, 原则, 操作程序, 标准和惯例以确保安全, 稳定和高效的操作; 确保充分遵守所有的工作要求的操作纪律, 不管是计划内的还是计划外的工作

• Operates and field checks process equipment. Monitors process conditions, key performance metrics, equipment and control systems and makes appropriate decisions to maintain and/or achieve desired rates and conditions aligned with Plant/Site/Business goals.

  操作和检查现场设备, 监控DCS工艺情况, 关键生产指标, 设备和自动控制系统, 为保证达到以及维持公司要求的生产量和状况作出适当的决策

• Performs scheduled operational & related tasks and tasks that arise as a result of resolving unplanned events. (i.e. Field checks, process adjustments, equipment preparation, samples, analysis, rounds, housekeeping, EH&S related tasks, etc.)

• Works with Shift Team members and other Shift Teams to leverage skills and knowledge to balance workload ensuring assigned tasks are completed by due dates.

Initiates & documents preliminary investigations according to plant specific process/criteria and participates in formal and informal Root Cause Investigations for events involved in or by request.

• Conducts effective shift relief as defined in facility specific operating discipline and tools to ensure effective communication and handoff to arriving shift team to enable the facility's improved and sustainable performance.

  为保证工厂的可持续性的表现，使用电子工具和交接班制度进行有效的轮班交接和班组沟通

• Maintains qualification in assigned areas per facility policy and completing training goals in a timely manner. This includes using discretionary time to address skills and knowledge gaps.

  及时完成要求的培训以及法规和公司要求的认证．同时利用自由支配的时间来弥补知识和技能的差距

• Performs Immediate Response activities assigned by Immediate Response Leader.

• Uses process knowledge and skills to make improvements in plant performance and operating discipline. Actively and proactively identifies improvements and opportunities utilizing the facility improvement processes, appropriate management of change processes and communication tools.

  利用工艺知识和技能改进工厂的表现和操作纪律．利用工厂改进工具, 变更管理流程和沟通工具积极主动地寻找改进机会

• Tracks and utilizes plant's key performance metrics on shift that are applicable to the Operating the Plant role to optimize operations and identify improvement opportunities.

  通过跟踪和使用工厂考核班组人员的指标来优化操作和提出改进建议

• Perform process equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, first line maintenance, improvements and preventative maintenance, utilizing appropriate policies, processes and disciplines.

  遵守适当的制度，流程和纪律进行工艺设备故障处理和简单维修，进行维修准备以及设备保养的配合

• Perform contractor worker safety supervision when needed

  有需要时，管理承包商工人的安全

B. Perform Routine Analysis Role (30%)

• Follow lab procedure to do finished product analysis

C. Others assignment from supervisor or Coach (～10%)

Education: College Diploma on chemical process

学历要求：化工工艺大专

Experience: 2 years + chemical plant experience, international chemical company experience is preferred

经验要求：2 年以上化工厂操作经验，外企经验优先

Licensee required: Fork Lift truck operation, pressure vessel operation

资格证：叉车操作证／压力容器操作证

Skills need: English reading and simple writing

技能要求： 英语阅读能力及简单书写
