Job Description

Replacement Contract


Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth daily order-to-cash cycle execution and follow-up;
  • Responding to customer enquiries related to orders and deliveries by email/phone;
  • Reverse logistics flow follow up;
  • Pricing database and claim management;
  • Support on credit management activities, such as dunning and    clearing of customer’s accounts;
  • Close cooperation with other departments located in 4 different countries;
  • According to the organization, participate to the implementation of projects in collaboration with the clients;

Your skills:

  • Experience in customer service and/or logistics areas;
  • Russian languages - in written and oral;
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office software;
  • Experience in SAP ERP will be considered as advantage;
  • Outstanding telephone communication skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements of agile beauty market;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the time with a high attention to details.
