What are my responsibilities?

·        Provide technical support and trouble shooting service to internal IT users on IT devices/services

·        Provide technical support and trouble shooting service to internal IT users on business applications

·        Administer IT backend systems like servers, networks and telephone exchange etc.

·        Maintain IT systems to meet information security guidelines

·        Manage software license and record IT devices' usage

·        Train internal IT users on using IT systems/processes/services and meeting IT regulations/guidelines

.What do I need to qualify for this job?

·        Bachelor degree and above, major in Information management。

·        Good command of English speaking

·        1 to 3 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing

·        International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus

·        Experience in international working environment is a plus

·        Having worked in a different country is a plus.
