西门子变压器（武汉） 财务控制专员 STWH Finance Controller

Location: Wuhan

For our STWH in Wuhan, we are looking for a finance controller.

What are my responsibilities?

The main responsibility of a controller is to check, control & analyze financial data, and to present business performance and critical development to the management with key figures, as well he/she needs to ensure that other commercial processes are effectively and properly implemented, executed and controlled as required by internal and external regulations.

• Consolidate yearly budgets and prepare periodic forecasts.
• Perform actual vs. plan comparisons and cost tracking during project execution, carry out calculation and analysis on project profitability.
• Prepare regular business reports on financial performance, looking into the details, detect abnormalities and comment on the deviations.
• Perform evaluations on assets and liabilities, and monitor on inventory level.
• Perform handling and controlling on Cash and banking, AR & AP topics.
• Keep abreast of changes in internal guidelines and external accounting standards.
• Other routine tasks on accounting.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Education background: bachelor or above with finance related majors.
• Experience:  3-5 years total experience, need to have 3 years business finance analysis and controlling experience in manufacturing industries.
• Have experience in project business performance analysis and reporting, include order, cost, profits, etc. and have SAP experience.
• Active and good communication skills, needs to interface with cross-functions (eg. sales, RD, procurement, etc.)
• Office software (Excel & PowerPoint & Word)
• English: workable, good oral English communication will be better
