What are my responsibilities?

·        Design parts routing card and fixture according to drawing, technical document and inspection plan;Select appropriate capacity group and make working hour for each step;

·        选择合适的能力组并预估每一步的工时；制作特殊工装清单和图纸；改进工作效率和节省工时

·        Make special fixture list and drawing;Improve working efficiency and save working hours,Optimize Assembly steps and develop special tool utilization

根据图纸，技术文件和检查计划设计工艺卡及工装；                                                                         

·        Design parts routing card and fixture according to drawing, technical document and inspection plan;Select appropriate capacity group and make working hour for each step

根据图纸，技术文件和检查计划设计组装工艺卡及工装；选择合适的能力组并预估每一步的工时                                                                                 

·        Make special fixture list and drawing

制作特殊工装清单和图纸                                                                            

·        Improve working efficiency and save working hour by continuous process optimization

改进工作效率和节省工时                                                                            

·        support the SAP-PP implementation and start using this program in daily business

支持SAP-PP执行及在日常业务中开始运用该项目                                                                    

·        Abide by the company's EHS regulation

·        遵守公司EHS相关规定"      

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·        Bachelor degree of mechanical or related , with mechanical and machining knowledge

·        Basic English speaking with good communication

·        At least more than 1 year related working experience

·        Skilled in using office software
