Mission of Function?

As a Lean Program Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, leading and implementing optimization projects in SCM process with a focus on lean management and digitalization, and thus systematically increasing the profit contribution and (process) efficiency. The goal is to optimize productivity, performance, throughput time and inventory across the end to end Supply chain. High-growth business fields and future technologies in electrification, automation and digitalization await you.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Drive and support of all lean activities in the defined areas of responsibility, so that a continuous improvement process is consequently implemented.
  • Analyze difficult processes / themes / disruptions in SCM process. Identify weak points, develop solutions and support related implementation, in order to improve SCM performance and to attain further improvement.
  • Coordination, control and expert leadership of practitioner-teams, in order to achieve by common target-orientated acting best results and to promote the subject.
  • Preparation, distribution and training of the subject and method knowledge in consultation discussions, meetings, workshops, etc., so that the knowledge is passed on and initiates independent improvement activities.
  • Moderation of meetings, workshops and coaching of change processes and activities in the factory and for the management function, so that the successful implementation of lean thinking is assured.
  • Co-operation in the development and implementation of the production road map for 3-5 years in order to assure a long-term success (-plan).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor degree and above, it is preferred that major is in Industry Engineering, technics Engineering
  • Above 5 years with the factory working experience in plant.
  • Comprehensive, solid and systematic lean theory knowledge
  • Rich factory lean practice experience
  • Good knowledge of production systems, lean administration, manufacturing and automation technologies, industrial engineering and quality management
  • Good oral English and communication skill
  • Good teamwork
  • Support and motivate the changes, initiate change
  • Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and SEDL QMS and EHS documents so as to ensure the quality and safety of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.
