Job Description
As one of the key members of China Customer Services Finance team to collaborate with CS functions, SHS HQ and external business partners to achieve the assigned targets and contribute to the overall business success of CS China.
• Lead and drive financial processes standardization, optimization and automation.(e.g. pricing management, contract management, sales pipeline reporting and controlling, etc.)
• Partner with business lines to lead financial planning and formulate sales planning forecasts.
• Provides proposal on CS sales KPIs setup, performance measurement and variance analysis.
• Support CS commercial management on the review and optimization of BA activities and internal resources planning, act as the project manager to coordinate with Regional BA, Business Controllers and Performance Controlling team.
• Represent CS BA community to get involved in cross-functional projects, provide business and financial inputs where necessary. 
• Execute other ad-hoc. tasks assigned by the line manager, including but not limited to business case preparation to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
