Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

• Responds to enquires of a technical or complex nature so that all enquires are solved quickly and competently in a manner which enhances the organization’s customer relationship.响应技术或复杂性质的查询,以提高组织的客户关系的方式快速和有效地解决所有的查询。

• Deal with customer complaint , improve customer satisfaction, enhance the relationship with customers, responsible for the development of TLM business 处理客户投诉,提高客户满意度,加强与客户的关系,负责TLM业务的发展

• Be well acquainted with TLM portfolio and process, meeting customer needs熟悉TLM产品组合和流程,满足客户需求

• Deal with customer service orders处理客户服务订单

• Take charge of the execution of service orders负责服务订单的执行

• Provide necessary technical support and assist field service engineers提供必要的技术支持并协助现场服务工程师

• Provide training to customer为客户提供培训


What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor and above degree of Engineering, Automation, Mechanical ,etc. 工程、自动化、机械等专业本科及以上学历。

• 3 to 5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment 3 - 5年的制造业工作

• International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus.有国际项目经验,有国际团队合作经验者优先。

• Basic knowledge on manufacturing- and repair technologies 基本的制造和维修技术知识

• Basic knowledge on materials, especially with degradation了解材料的基本知识,特别是降解方面的知识

• Good command of English speaking,German is a plus 良好的英语口语能力,会德语者优先
