We are looking for a Cost and Value Engineering (CVE) expert for Digital Industries (DI) responsible for CVE Sprints, Training and coaching across DI (local for local and local for global)

What are my responsibilities?  岗位主要工作职责      

Lead cross-functional Sprints/Benchmark project contributing to PLM/SCM projects

Evaluate and determine best cost and value position for designed and purchased parts through application of Cost and Value Engineering levers and methods

Usage of our main should costing tool TcPCM (Teamcenter Product Cost Management)

Propose CVE measures to cross-functions incl. financial impact and support implementation at respective locations

Lead and organize CVE Trainings and coaching for getting CVE into DI DNA

Close collaboration with DI Headquarter CVE Team and network to ensure best practice sharing, resource allocation and close cooperation with experts across Siemens

What do I need to qualify for this job?  岗位能力要求

Bachelor or above, preferred in Mechatronics or Electric or Electronic Engineering.

10+ years of experience in R&D/ Engineering, Product Manager, R&D Project manager or production engineering manager, experience in CVE is preferred, in particular cost structure analysis (TcPCM environment).  

Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, collaboration in cross- functional project teams

Project management skills, commercial knowledge

Experiences in different cultural environments
