SNC (Nanjing) Quality Manager in Project-Motor Product

For our DI MC business in NANJING, we are looking for a Quality Manager in Project (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司 项目质量经理

What are my responsibilities?

q  Takes care of effectiveness and appropriate measures to ensure the project quality

q  Enforces quality aspects in the centers of competence, suppliers and customers

q  Initiates process and product improvements

q  Project-specific Q reporting to the Project Leader (CPO), the Product Manager (PM) and to DI MC QM

q  Escalation duty for Q Gates and milestones

q  Coordination of project specific quality measures and reports

q  Consulting and support for the Project Leader (CPO) and the Product Manager (PM) during the implementation of project-specific and product-related quality measures

q  Responsible for qualified realization of the quality requirements from the customer

q  Discuss and agree the project plan of quality

q  Assistance in definitions of quality metrics and quality targets

q  Assistance in release processing of Q-Gates and milestones

What do I need to qualify for this job?

q  Project management knowhow and experience

q  Quality engineering experience, e.g. project quality, SW quality, production quality                

q  Quality methodology and tools knowledge and experience (e.g. FMEA, risk analysis, quality control, CMMI, 6 sigma, 8D, data statistic and analysis…)                  

q  Strong moderation, coordination, communication and presentation skill

q  Good team work spirit

q  Leadership ability is required

q  sufficient English reading, writing, listening and speaking ability

What else do I need to know?

q  Intercultural understanding.

q  Quality standards knowhow, e.g. ISO9001, IEC, CE…

q  Experience in mechanical product quality management is preferred.
