Responsibilities: 

1. Create and implement sales & marketing plan to identify and target the customers that can best benefit from our digital solution offerings, including workplace safety, employee experience, space utilization and many other solutions
2. Drive Digital Enterprise software & IoT solution sales, develop offerings, create robust sales pipeline, achieve set sales targets (order intake, revenue and profit) for Cloud-based and software solutions. Act as a consultant to provide the smart building proposal and co-ordinate with the project team for the smooth project delivery and subsequent service support
3. Collaborate with other Siemens sales groups such as building automation, security solutions, energy efficiency to provide pre-sales and technical support such as technical proposal, customer presentation and solution demonstrations to expand Siemens position. Inspire and influence customers via consultative selling to build trust as digital transformation and innovation partner
4. Actively seek out and leverage resources from various stakeholders (internal, external partners, consulting institution) to drive innovation and new offerings

Qualification:

1. At least 5 years of enterprise software solution sales/business development experience with proven sales track record
2. Creative mindset for adopting the new technology and new business models
3. Thorough technical understanding and have been responsible for creating solutions as requested by the Customer in the RFI/RFP process
4. The relevant knowledge areas on IoT, digital workplace solution, software development, system integration, Cloud application, analytics, AI, cybersecurity, network are preferred. Domain know-how relevant to building automation is a plus
5. Excellent communication and presentation capability. Equally comfortable and effective interfacing with C-level executives or working in the details of a large deal
6. Station in Shanghai / Beijing and able to travel in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan
