Technical and Engineering

• Develop AI solutions with NLP and big data technologies.
• Design and implement cognitive solutions, including data pipelines, personalized recommendation engines, and customer analytics applications.
• Work on a cross-functional team of consultants, business analysts, and data analysts in projects
• Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to develop prototypes for client engagement activities.

Business and Communication

• Communicate with internal and external clients to understand business needs and select the appropriate technical architecture to fulfill the project’s analytical requirements
• Support client engagement and big data consulting activities.
• Present the capabilities of big data technologies to clients, discuss potential issues and offer data solutions to clients.
• Understand client’s business process and identify potential solution which can help drive business outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and R
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
• Experience in the development of server side web technologies.
• Experience in natural language processing model design and deep learning model development.

Professional Capabilities

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or other quantitative fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated ability.

• Proficiency in one or more language in the following: Python, R, Java.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as SVM, Decision Tree, K-means, etc.
• Familiarity with deep learning algorithms, such as CNN, RNN, LSTM and frameworks regarding Tensor Flow, Keras.
• Familiarity with modeling techniques to support NLP scenarios, such as name entity recognition, natural language understanding, and document classification.
• A Master Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
