This is a position for E2E telecom business analyst having experience in implementation of Convergent Charging and Billing .
It will be preferable to have functional knowledge of Oracle BRM and ECE.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

As BSS Business Analyst, you will be responsible for new requests and changes related to online charging system, CRM and the core billing system. Bring an understanding of the enterprise, business system, business process, and industry to the team(s) supporting or interfacing with the application.
Design, document and deliver new value-added BSS business solutions and processes for the client, based on a combination of deep process skills and broad industry knowledge.
Coordinate interactions, requirements walk-through, sign offs, as appropriate to ensure completion of projects

Mandatory Skills
10-15 years of Industry experience working on Telecom domain knowledge on BSS.
Convergent Charging Experience
Should be well versed with protocol and charging use cases.
Strong Technical skills in technologies like C, Java, Linux, Scripting language Shell/Perl, Web-Services, WebLogic Administration, PL/SQL.
Willingness to Travel

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
