The role as a local HR Business Partner / HR Generalist for ORACLE is both strategic and hands-on. Tasks:

· Advising of and attending to the management and the employees of a defined Line of Business (150+ employees and their managers in the country or abroad) in all HR related matters

· Cooperation and coordination of business concepts and collective personnel matters with the dedicated EMEA HR business partners

· Labor-law and procedural advising of the management and the employees

· Strategic advising and support regarding the conception and putting into practice of organizational changes and all measures connected therewith, such as the introduction of the measures to the committee of the works council

· Putting into practice of reorganizational measures

· Advising and putting into practice of individual HR measures

· Active cooperation in merger & acquisition projects

· Project management and/or actively participation in global and regional HR projects

· Advising regarding measures directed at staff development

 

Job profile:

 

· Very good knowledge of German Labor Law and Industrial Constitution Law

· Affinity to work in a dynamic matrix organization and international collaboration

· Conceptual and organizational skills and an analytical intellectual capacity

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team with precise and well organized style of working

· Knowledge in Influencing & Negotiating

· Ability to cope with pressure and commitment within a complex structure

· Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, being involved in a decision making process

· Project Management experience

· Very good communicative skills in German and English language

· Team Player who enjoys working in a motivated team and an open-minded personality

· High degree of initiative and service orientation / customer focused

· Affinity for dealing with IT systems within a Self Service Environment

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
