Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE product 4.x version. This is a client facing role based out of Korea for client Citibank. Candidate will be engaged in Citibank managed services project in APAC region for 16 countries in the region. As a consultant the role is to provide technical and business support for business users of Citi Applications and product processors.

Primary Skills- FLEXCUBE 4.x (Citibank cluster), PL/SQL, Good knowledge of FLEXCUBE 4.x FX/MM/FI modules

Technical knowledge – Sound knowledge in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle forms, basic Unix shell scripting. Working knowledge of Oracle development tools, WebLogic/WebSphere server deployments, Oracle Database 11g (or higher versions) and Oracle Forms.

Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing skills. The applicant should have ability to communicate effectively in calls with business users to answer queries, support and provide solutions on the legacy version of FLEXCUBE and related modules. Functional knowledge of banking systems with specific focus on Treasury, FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Coupons Processing, Reconciliation systems, CLS payments and settlement systems.

Experience on development and implementation of FLEXCUBE Interfaces, Batch operations, Trouble shooting and resolution of issues encountered in Testing cycles. Good Problem solving skills - selected candidate will be working closely with colleagues in APAC to ensure perfect 24/7 support of our franchise critical applications. Capability to single handedly manage, resolve and provide impact analysis for critical and severity 1 issues for the client, while adhering to Service Level Agreements.

Work experience with multinational banks and understanding of treasury and markets global operations is a must for this opening. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. People with work experience in the Citibank Markets as analysts and support are preferred for this position.
