Provide support to HR team regarding HR processes, systems & tools. |
Primary job functions and accountability |
HR Coordination
- Support the HR team all HR processes, systems & tools
- Organize and coordinate HR processes:
- New hire process
- On-boarding of new hires in all Oracle office locations
- Be willing to learn the Polish labor law in scope required for the job
- Prepare required documentation
- Maintain personnel files & ensure their good quality
- Support the local HR team in organizational issues

- Fluent in English
- University degree
- Computer literacy

Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
