Key responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth export task operation in adherence to client SOP
a) Follow up new shipper booking, carrier booking on time and follow up booking confirmaiton, SI/VGM/CCAM, trucking arrangement, Customs clearance tasks correctly;
b) Reply internal and external email within 24 hours;
c) Exceptional case follow up and resolution in a timely manner;

2. Provide good customer service to customer
a) To take lead to improve satisfaction level of internal and external parties;
b) Deliver service with high data quality and timely response;
c) Enhance effective communication with customer and relating partners to build up good relationship;
d) Enhance 4PL mindset and way of working, take initiative to help team members optimise the working process;

3. 3PL performance management
a) Manage 3PLs performance adhere to the requirement of SOP;
b) Monitor and drive 3PL performance on regualr basis, KPI set up, optimization and implementation;
c) Work with 3PLs to manage exceptional case and always help customer make the best decision upon considering efficiency and extra cost balance;

4. Show good team spirit
a) To ensure poor performance issues are dealt with timylt manner and correct way
b) Actively participate in team activities, proactively best practice within team
c) Initiatively seek continuous improvement in working efficiency and share best practice within the team;

5. Logistics expertise consultancy and optimization
a) Provide professional logistics advice to customer for consultancy;
b) Organize concall to discuss solution for emergency with joint efforts of internal parties and external 3PLs;
c) 4PL mindset to help customer optimize the working process or operation efficiency;
