1. Ensure smooth export task operation in adherence to client SOP
 Ensure smooth operation in adherence to client SOP;
 On water report follow up on daily basis, to place carrier booking on time and follow up booking confirmaiton, SI/VGM/CCAM, trucking, CHB tasks correctly;
 Daily follow up on KPI and system update;
 Reply internal and external email within 24 hours;
 Exceptional case follow up and resolution in a timely manner;

2. Provide good customer service to customer
 Improve satisfaction level of internal parties and external 3PLs;
 Answer telephone in three rings;
 Deliver service with high data quality and timely response;
 Enhance effective communication with customer and relating partners to build up good relationship;
 Enhance 4PL mindset and way of working, provide more suggestions and solutions instead of asking for that from customer;

3. 3PL performance management
 Manage 3PLs performance adhere to the requirement of SOP;
 Coordinate with all 3PLs for export process, including coordinating the origin performance, such as on time document collection;
 Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance on regualr basis, KPI set up and optimization;
 Work with 3PLs to manage exceptional case and always help customer make the best decision upon considering efficiency and extra cost balance;
 Audit the debit note of 3PLs based on agreement tariff;

4. Show good team spirit
 Backup and give support to teammates when necessary;
 Actively participate in team activities;
 Initiatively seek continuous improvement in working efficiency and share best practice within the team;

5. Logistics expertise consultancy and optimization
 Provide professional logistics advice to customer for consultancy;
 Organize concall to discuss solution for emergency with joint efforts of internal parties and external 3PLs;
 4PL mindset to help customer optimize the working process or operation efficiency;

3-5 years experience in OCE CUS, good English skills, export experiences of Ningbo port would be “nice to have”.
