What You’ll Do
As member of our Iberia EPM practice, you will work with high-profile Oracle clients and work on most challenging projects involving market leading EPM technologies from Oracle. You will have the responsibility of defining and delivering solutions to the CFOs of companies in different markets.
To make it happen you will handle the following day to day aspects:
- Collaborate with consulting teams by defining and creating the best solution for each client.
- Support Design Decisions and Estimations for SaaS Enhancements/Customization
- Contribute to our IP developments and standardize our technical designs.
- Work in close collaboration with our Offshore Team (OCSC) and our EMEA center of excellence.
- Support Pre-Sales Activities for Consulting EPM deals participating on proposal process, presenting on various workshops, proofs of concept etc.
Required Skills/Experience
We are looking for:
- 2-3 years of functional knowledge on at list one of these areas: planning & budgeting, financial closure & consolidation, profitability and cost management,
- Proven Project and product delivery experience in the EPM domain
- Experience with and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- 2-3 years of varied experience in SaaS solutions relevant to this position - solution design, development and delivery, functional and/or technical consulting.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English and local language
- You act with a sense of urgency and confidence to deliver quality work in a timely manner. Demonstrates attention to detail in all aspects of work. You demonstrate resilience in the face of challenging situations.
- You adjust to changing work environments. You work efficiently in situations of uncertainty. You demonstrate resilience in times of change and uncertainty.
- You have a graduate degree or equivalent experience.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
