As a senior manager of the DevOps/software engineering division, You will need to have knowledge and experience in software development, automation, Devops, agile and cloud technologies.  You should be able to identify operational patterns and issues and creatively automate and guide engineering teams for building the solutions.
 

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Demonstrated experience to recruit and build a strong team from ground up, coach and motivate team for success.  Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding various development and support models. 

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area and 5+ years in a managerial role experience.

• Experience managing a SW development team of 5+ members, with tracked recording of building team from ground up
• Experience leading complex SW development project with SDLC process
• Experience with agile development process, such as scrum
• Strong architecture skill designing software solutions for complex problems
• Deep knowledge and experience in full life cycle of software development.  Strong Agile experience working in Scrum
• DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes) Experience
• Experience with Infrastructure as a code. Example: Ansible, Terraform

Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
