Skills/languages, etc

• Knowledge of Java or any Object Oriented Programming language (C++, C#) is a definite plus
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Database experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong programming skills preferred, but the knowledge of specific technologies or languages is not as important as the ability and desire to learn.
