What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Experience Design Team. You’ll be part of a team supporting the implementation of an ever-evolving design system, ensuring product excellence from early stage UX discovery through quality assurance in delivery stages with engineering and architecture teams. On top of being a hands-on collaborator you'll need to have the following:
- You are a multi-disciplined designer who is skilled in UX/UI with software design experience, understanding the importance of user research
- You are an expert in design systems and have experience evangelizing them across a product organization, comfortable supporting complex ones that serve multiple brands.
- You are driven to understand, define, document, and communicate processes and decisions.
- You are an independent, self-motivated, and creative professional - capable of adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment.
As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with designers and developers to enable teams to build extraordinary experiences.

- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and user experiences into high-quality design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion
- Present design alternatives and effectively communicate rationale and trade-offs
- Demonstrate a passion for iteration by proactively sharing your work and requesting feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in software design, industry standards, changes, and trends in UX/Product Design
- Understanding of enterprise software design and willingness to learn [specific domain]
- Advocate for user-centered design across a multi-disciplinary team, helping them to understand and embrace user needs
Qualifications
- Degree in Product/Industrial Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years working in the field of UX/UI design, OR 2 years experience with an advanced HCI/Design degree

- Experience with “big data software” a huge plus
Preferred Skills
- Proven proficiency with design tools (ex. Figma and Miro)
- A self-starter who can take a bit of directional input and then drive projects autonomously [but understands when to ask for help]
- A positive and resilient personality--you must be able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement
- An analytical and strategic mindset; we favor that over pixel-perfect visual skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions; office and company language is English
- Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams
- Experience working in development orgs following dual-track agile, SAFe or similar methodologies is a plus
- Front-end design knowledge is a plus (optional for role)
