Amazon's Global IT team is looking for best-in-class client-side support personnel. You will provide quality technical support to internal customers through all available channels, meeting or exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.

The successful IT Support Engineer will be customer obsessed and motivated by team success, with abilities of being innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. The ideal candidate will also be committed, flexible, and have demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.


Key job responsibilities
Perform day-to-day IT support and find technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees.

Monitor corporate IT infrastructure facility status and escalate incidents to service owners.

Manage computer and peripherals provisioning and decommissioning for end users.

Host IT orientation training for new hires and regular IT office hour sessions for end users.

Coordinate with global peers on IT program deployment locally.

Oversee implementation of IT policy, process and procedure in accordance with Global IT strategy.
