We are searching for a junior Front end developer to join our Configuration team in Prague. 
The Configuration Engineering group maintains part of Oracle's ERP software product, specifically Oracle Configurator and couple of other tools such as Cloud Cost Estimator. As a developer in Configuration Engineering, you will be part of a team that is a collaborative, global organization consisting of developers and analysts with deep knowledge of Oracle ERP system. Besides your coding job, you will be advising and helping other team members, developing standards and procedures.

Experience we look for:

• JavaSript / TypeScript development
• Experience with front end toolkits like Angular, React (we develop in knockout.js and Oracle JET)
• HTML
• CSS
• UI/UX design experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Git, Hudson/Jenkins, node.js and npm counts as an advantage
• Experience with unix and basic system administrator skills are a plus.
• Good knowledge of English - the team is international, you will speak to colleagues in foreign countries on a daily base and therefore you need to be sure in speaking and writing English.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
