The Business Excellence team is growing and they are looking for a Research Manager to contribute significantly to the delivery of quantitative commercial studies across the European Commercial Team, in an autonomous way.

What you will do:

The Research Manager will function autonomously on project management and research skills. The ideal person will have solid experience in delivering highly effective project management of large ATU/brand equity trackers including a patient chart component, with multi-stakeholders, and multiple waves running asynchronously.

To fulfil the needs of the business and the team, this position will be based in Madrid, Spain.

Desired Experience:

Candidate must have client leadership skills going beyond day to day, seeing the bigger picture and adopting a consultancy mindset around clients’ central questions, be used to discussing clients' ambition for their tracking studies year on year, and reviewing additional questions to reflect their strategy, and regularly presenting recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.

Candidate must also have experience in investigating ways to deliver faster reporting, using tools such as DisplayR. They will have experience of working with Advanced Methods teams to explore additional analysis to create fresh tracker deliverables and provide meaningful strategic insights to clients. They will demonstrate solid knowledge of quant methodologies including pricing, applying them to clients’ specific business questions. On custom projects, they will be used to taking the lead in own sub analysis section to build a story that answers the client’s central business question. 

They will have experience managing and mentoring junior analysts and interns in the delivery of tracking studies from a logistical and analytical perspective, articulating the value of the tasks in the overall project success and driving long term commitment from project teams.

Responsible for conducting applied research in scientific area of focus. Investigating applicable solutions through rigorous, protracted studies and ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

intermediate-level position who is responsible for applying scientific, clinical, and healthcare knowledge to provide solutions to customers. Apply best-in class research theories and methods to deliver an optimal solution build and implementation. As a member of team, exercises judgement within defined procedures to introduce innovative research collection and analysis methodologies on external customer engagements. Work involves using analytical skills sufficient to interpret data/ instructions and applying the relevant research techniques with some autonomy. Receives general instruction on new projects or assignments. Makes recommendations to enhance performance and research results. Possesses solid knowledge in reference to creating project and client related research materials.

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 2 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 5 years Total combined related work experience and completed higher education. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
