Job Title : 1.Middle School ESL Teacher
Job Description:
Teaching Duties
 Develop and prepare weekly lesson plans 。
 Deliver classes in ways that encourage student academic and personal growth,
such as project-based learning, activities, and play.
 Correct homework, grade tests, and provide individualized feedback to students
on their work.
 Provide help to struggling students.

Professional Duties
 Workweek: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.
 Maximum 24 teaching hours per week.
 Help manage and teach classes from 5-20 students.
 Attend professional development courses provided by the school.
 Meet with student parents (with translator) at least once per term to update parents on student progress.

Conditions
 Monthly salary 20,000-28,000 RMB per month before tax
 House allowance or free apartment
 All paid official holidays and 10 paid sick leave days per contract, paid Winter Holiday
 5000 RMB air ticket reimbursement

Requirements
 Native Speakers
 Bachelor or above degree
 TEFL certificate or 2 years teaching experience preferred
