Role

This role will report directly to the <ACH Supervisor> and is responsible for customer transaction processing.  This position’s hour will be from <TBD> with some holiday coverage necessary. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some retail banking experience with a growing team here at Oracle.  Local candidates only.  There will be no telecommuting.

 Responsibilities

• Process daily ACH and  EFT transactions on behalf of customers of the company
• Maintain detailed records of transactions processed
• Participate in the ongoing development of an automated system for transaction processing
• Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer payment, reconciliation and technical issues
• Prepare and maintain proper procedural documentation for operating and compliance purposes
• Accept other duties as assigned

 Desired Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 – 2 years of experience
• Understanding of ACH and ACH processing preferred, but not required 
• 1 to 2 years of cash handling and/or previous banking experience
• Works well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
• Flexible and adaptable attitude toward work schedule (some holiday coverage required)

  • High attention to detail is necessary. Our team processes large volumes of transactions on a daily basis.  This person much be able to spot errors and pay close attention to the procedures outlined.
