ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Overseeing the daily operation of Enterprise Services team(s) within the overall APAC IT

Infrastructure group

• • Maintaining and offering the high-level service quality based on best practices of general system

administration, infrastructure (i.e. Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive,

SCCM, Packaging, Antivirus etc.)

• • Providing the leadership and continually maintain high morale within the team; Ensure the

elevation of team’s emotional and technical skills development

• • Driving the operational excellence and service improvement following the SNOW methodology
• • Providing the leadership to coordinate the different resources on problem management and

reporting, etc.

• • Fostering and maintaining existing and new vendor/partner/outsourcing relationships
• • Fostering cross functional partnerships amongst each major global region (i.e. Americas,

EMEA， APAC, etc.)

· Overseeing reports of the services managed on a weekly and monthly basis
