We are seeking a new Revenue Operations Manager to lead our Strategic Client Group for Asia Pacific. This individual will report into the Vice President of JAPAC Business Operations and dot-line into the Vice President of Global Sales Operations for Strategic Client Group.

Responsibilities of the Role
- Partner with Sales leaders to help accelerate go-to-market strategies and increase sales velocity
- Act as a cross-functional collaboration catalyst to innovate and drive actions that increase revenue, quality pipeline, and sales success
- Lead the operational governance to improve the simplicity of selling, predictability of our business, and the experience of our customers
- Lead strategic initiatives and support activities to execute business reviews and sales cadences
- Support sales system, tools, and process enablement and effectiveness
- Maintain key performance indicators and be responsible to own actions to improve
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline integrity, and an understanding of how to improve their selling experience
- Manage quarterly/annual business reviews and planning cycles
- Maintain a tight global team interlock, keeping a high level of business transparency

- Passionate about improving the selling experience, customer experience, and experience of collaborating cross-functionally
- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in situations of ambiguity

- Comfortable acting as the single point-of-contact across sales processes, system, and tools
- Appreciation for change management and the implementation of best practices
- High degree of attention to detail and sales process governance
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Qualifications for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of direct experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations roles
- 3+ years of experience supporting operations across Asia Pacific or multiple geographies
- Experience or direct exposure to sales or customer facing roles a plus
- Strong communication and skills in presenting to Sales leadership
- Ability to collect, organize, and structure data to drive actions which impact the growth of the business
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.
