Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing corporate client accounts in Greater China
• Prepare high-quality pitches and proposals
• Help to develop and execute platform strategy
• Provide best-in-class real estate strategies and solutions to clients
• Perform due diligence on lease documentation and carry out lease administration on behalf of clients
• Manage commercial property leasing transactions
• Assist in client reporting and market trend analysis
• Develop and maintain rapport with key internal / external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in real estate, business, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property industry, lease management, and business development
• Holder of Estate Agents Authority licence a must
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to detail and client service focused
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
