Job Description
You are responsible for 
  • Communicate with canteen supplier to provide qualified catering service. 负责与餐厅供应商的沟通,保证提供合格的餐饮服务 
  • Manage security provider and monitor the implementation of relevant regulations to provide sustainable service. 管理安保供应商,负责监督公司相关安保规章制度的执行 
  • Work on all the administrative data analysis, including company vehicle record, financial claim report, work attendance in department, etc. 负责行政相关数据的分析,包括公司用车报告、财务报销、部门出勤报告 
  • Collect and maintain inventory of cleaning tools and take in charge of monthly statistical report. 收集和维护清洁用品库存,并负责每月的相关报告 
  • Assists the manager to organize the company events/activities, such as outing, family day and annual party.协助同事组织公司的活动,例如公司旅行、家庭日和年会的; 
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager经理交代的其他工作 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 
  • Bachelor degree 本科及以上学历;
  • 1-3 years of experience on office daily administrative operation including canteen management, shuttle bus and ad-hoc vehicle management;The work experience in a muti-national companies is plus; 1-3年以上办公室行政相关工作经验包括食堂管理、班车管理和临时用车管理;若有跨国公司行政工作经历将是加分项; 
  • Self-motivated and well-organized工作积极、主动; 
  • Good communication and coordination skills良好的沟通协调能力 
  • Strong sense of responsibility责任心强 
  • Basic English in both verbal and written 英语能基本读写。
