Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Administration Manager, the incumbent will assume the following:

 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the section head in daily discharge of administrative services and supervising a team of supporting staff
  • Provide support for office renovation and modification, event logistics, facilities management, record storage and management, office supporting systems and other administration projects
  • Co-ordinate and follow through endusers’ requests for office equipment and supplies
  • Monitor vendors’ services in office equipment, office cleansing and security etc
  • Supervise general office administration, including document dispatch service, and maintenance of inventory records etc
  • Prepare business correspondence, reports and annual budget for the section

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in facilities / business management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience, 3 years of which at supervisory level, preferably gained in sizeable or public organizations
  • Proficiency in PC skills (ie MS Office and Chinese word processing), and in AutoCAD application is an advantage
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, meticulous and customer-oriented
  • Independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • May be required to perform duties beyond working hours
