Job Description

We are looking for Administrative Assistant for Pre-sales organization

 
Scope\:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office work with respect to administrative support for the 2 Managers.

 
Responsibilities\:
  • Provides general administrative support for the manager;
  • Assists with entry visas and travel arrangements;
  • Tracking the education and vacation plans for the employees;
  • Organization of events and meetings;
  • Facilitates the logistical arrangements for New hires;
  • Generates and obtains approvals for purchase requisitions;
  • Generates Service requests;
  • Consolidates and manages spread sheets related to the Dpt activities;
  • Generates big number of reports in Excel related to the department’s business needs
 
Requirements\:
  • University degree;
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience;
  • Computer Skills\: MS Office
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is a must
  • Reporting skills and experience
  • Personal skills – reliability, accuracy, personal drive, adapting to change, teamwork, planning and organizing, problem solving, sociability;
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
