Job Description
We are looking for Administrative Assistant for Pre-sales organization
Scope\:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office work with respect to administrative support for the 2 Managers.
Responsibilities\:
- Provides general administrative support for the manager;
- Assists with entry visas and travel arrangements;
- Tracking the education and vacation plans for the employees;
- Organization of events and meetings;
- Facilitates the logistical arrangements for New hires;
- Generates and obtains approvals for purchase requisitions;
- Generates Service requests;
- Consolidates and manages spread sheets related to the Dpt activities;
- Generates big number of reports in Excel related to the department’s business needs
Requirements\:
- University degree;
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience;
- Computer Skills\: MS Office
- Advanced Excel knowledge is a must
- Reporting skills and experience
- Personal skills – reliability, accuracy, personal drive, adapting to change, teamwork, planning and organizing, problem solving, sociability;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
