Job Description
  • Assist with complex administrative tasks on behalf of senior executives, including calendar management, timesheet and expense submission and complex travel arrangements
  • Prepare a range of routine and non-routine materials for executives in alignment with brand standards, and proof read for consistency, grammar and spelling
  • Participate in initiatives, programs and events on behalf of executives and/or within the organization supported
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners to accomplish various tasks and projects on behalf of executives by communicating goals and objectives to others and ensuring that solutions and outcomes address the needs of the executive and organization
  • Provide analytical support to assist executive on special projects including researching issues, analyzing problems, compiling data, and preparing reports
  • Plan and organize meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, preparing meeting briefing documents, taking and disseminating notes and formulating post meeting action item list
  • Act as an early adopter of new technologies and processes and can assist other associates in learning and utilizing new tools
  • Assist with process improvements and identify new support solutions for executives, the organization you support, and the Associate Services Community
  • Participate in special projects within the Associate Services community
  • Deliver training and/or contribute to training content within the Associate Services community
  • Provide formal/informal mentorship within the Associate Services community

  • Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
  • Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
  • Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
  • Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
  • Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years relevant work experience 
  • Plus 6 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:  
    • Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of clerical, administrative, and/or office management work
  • Experience providing administrative support to executives such as calendar management, time recording, travel scheduling and expense submission
  • Experience managing financial expenditures on behalf of the business including purchasing, invoicing and account reconciliation support
  • Experience in the field of health and safety and fire safety regulations
