This is a training position. The position objectives are to provide Agents and Agency Leaders the necessary skills and knowledge through training and building their competencies to enable them to excel in their career.

Deliver Training Program/Roadmap for Agency Sales Force

· Deliver Agent Training Roadmap from Onboarding Program to New Agent (PA, PA Pro, AGTS, PLOB or Onboarding equivalent), SDS, ABM, AIM, APM, Saturday Brunch, etc

· Deliver Leadership Training Roadmap (ABCD Pre Promotion Training, MAPA Leadership Series, etc)

· Deliver tactical Training/Program that is required based on the direction from each respective KPI and company direction, for example, but not limited to : Vitality, Sales Idea, Recruitment skill, Product Launching & refreshment, Digital app launching & refreshment, etc

Program Implementation & Monitoring to ensure the program in line with agency requirement

· Hand-in-hand with Regional Development Head, Team Agency Executive (City Head, Sales Head), Business Support and Regional Recruitment Head to monitor the program implementation in the region

· Deliver Training to Trainer for Team Agency Executive (City Head, Sales Head), Business Support and Regional Recruitment Head

· Ensuring Activity Management is properly executed in the respective Agency area by working together with CH, SH, RRH

· Manage the Training Schedule under Agency respective Division

· Deliver campaign of all training programs to Agency

Program Evaluation & Review to maintain high quality standard on All Training Programs

· Hand-in-hand Conduct on Training Need Analysis and/or Focus Group Discussion with Regional Development Head, Central NGA through Agency in respective Division

Reporting to maintain update and regular tracking for all training activities in respective Division

· Provide the progress report of all new agents, agents and leaders program by monthly

· Hand-in-hand with General Administration to provide the updates for Regional Development Head

5. Risk Management to ensure all program meet business ethic and regulation standard

Responsible for training material and tools on legal aspect (using signing-off materials and tools)
