Alliances Consultant LATAM – Training Programs

Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated professional , selfdriven who will be fundamental piece to Oracle´s Alliances and Channels team to exceed expected training strategies around ecosystem, work as trusted advisor, connecting internal organizations, Partners and Universities to deliver a growth of Trained and Certified Consultants in Oracle Cloud Applications. The following describe main requirements:

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Define Capacity Plans of the Partner Ecosystem around Gaps identified or sales needs;
  • Able to articulate Oracle´s strategy into current and potential key Partners to generate commitment, strategies, and to exceed assigned business goals;
  • Lead and manage the teams responsible for attracting consultants, ensuring a satisfactory consultant journey and supporting employability ;
  • Monitor metrics and indicators of consultants in LATAM;
  • Benchmarking with similar programs and propose improvements;
  • Participate in regional events to share the program's impact;
  • Conduct program impact assessment, ensuring reporting to partners;
  • Contribute to consolidating the program's branding for internal and external audiences;
  • Promote the engagement of volunteers and internal organizations in the initiative.
  • Improve Training Programs of Partners Ecosystem
  • Create, monitor and/or support strategic initiatives, KPIs and results, making proactive recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.
  • Build quick rapport with counterparts both at Oracle and at Partners. Able to generate long term relationship with Oracle SaaS ecosystem

 

Key Activities

 

  • Conduct alignment meetings for the entire LATAM team;
  • Maintain alignment with the Alliances & Channel Leaders;
  • Conduct weekly alignments with those responsible for the LATAM squads;
  • Promote alignment between squads, promoting more impactful results;
  • Track and monitor consultants KPIs, proposing improvements and adjustments;
  • Map strategic spaces to make a presence;
  • Create a report on the impact of the program in LATAM;
  • Manage the design of strategies for engaging volunteers in LATAM;
  • Manage the design of strategies to consolidate the program for Oracle employees.

Requirements

 

>8 years in IT industry

Presales/sales/channel managers or similar roles

Quota roles or experienced working by Objectives and key results

Proven experience building networking, trust and results

Proven customer satisfaction results

Familiar with IT Business. special SaaS focus is desirable

Intermediate or superior  Spanish, Portuguese and English level

Knowledge of Management Training Activities

Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage program information is essential;

Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated;

Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes;

Strong organizational, social project management and communication skills are required;

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
