Job Title\:  Anti-Fraud Systems Analyst

Organization Name\: Customer Services

Department Description\:

Customer Services provide unique services and support to internal organizations and customers worldwide.  These include payment services and anti-fraud programs to support Oracle Cloud Services. Supported online venues include Oracle Store and Cloud Portal.

 

Brief Posting Description\:

Anti Fraud Systems Analysts conducts analysis to identify, assess and report on current fraudulent activity and trends.  To do this, the analyst will\:

  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations
  • Identify, evaluate and report issues to management as necessary
  • Work cross functionally with company stake holders to develop rules in support of evolving fraud trends and business needs
  • Development of system processes in support of current and future business needs
  • Create and maintain process documentation and publish to content management systems.
  • Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with management and cross functional teams

 

Preferences\:

BA/BS college degree

Technical aptitude; learns new technology quickly

Proficient in English (writing and verbal)

1-2 years work experience--may include internship(s)

Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year relevant experience.
