The challenge

This role will directly drive legalization engagement on SMB accounts which are not paying for Adobe licensed software. The role will closely work with territory sales, local channel and AP partners to carry out legalization activities, license review, auditing, etc. to achieve his/her assigned individual revenue target. This position will primarily focus on the territory SMB accounts across west China.

The ideal candidate needs to possess 5-7 years’ experience in a similar license compliance role, gained at another vendor or partner. Experience preferably gained performing license reviews, audit and anti-piracy work in a similar software company.

What you’ll do

• Engage closely with sales team/channel and AP partners to define the territory targeted accounts which will be driven by Adobe’s software compliance efforts.
• Actively approach the accounts with a combination of negotiations, customer visits, joint efforts, and necessary enforcement activities. Managing the customer license review through the whole compliance process.
• Support selected account engagements from AP vendors in elevating and maximizing the certain level of business outcome.
• Build up a healthy regional AP eco-system with SMB channel in-territory and co-drive SMB revenue target.
• Responsible for attaining the assigned individual revenue target.

What you need to succeed

• Must possess strong account management & sharp negotiation skill. Excellent oral, written communication expertise required
• Solid expertise of intellectual property knowledge, software licensing hands-on know-how.
• Experienced in collaborating with multiple functional teams including sales/solution consulting, partners, etc.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Ability to adapt style to the audience
• College diploma/above or equivalent experience, English proficiency is a plus.
