Oracle Application Labs (OAL) builds and manages mission critical applications that run the Oracle Cloud. A part of the Engineering organization, OAL is fundamentally focused on the enabling the transformation to the Cloud including the application areas of ERP, CPQ, Quote to Cash, Service Provisioning, Order Management, Subscription Plan Management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Usage and Billing, Cloud Store, Tenant Management, Partner Store, and others. In all, these solutions are an integral part of Oracle Public Cloud Strategy and is a new paradigm for software development in a fast-paced development environment.

Position Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming. Full Stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture ensuring the responsiveness of applications working alongside Business/functional experts. They are required to see a project from conception to final product, require good organization skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Background
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Designing and Developing Web Applications, preferably using Java Script, JS Library, Oracle DB.
• BS or MS degree in Computer science or equivalent
• Strong full stack skills (Java, Web Services, Angular JS, REST etc.)
• Expertise in Database, SQL, and other tools
• Proficient with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, SCSS, Java Script and Ajax.
• Proficient with server-side languages such as Java, Spring Boot
• Strong Organization Skills.
• Experience testing SAAS applications is a plus
• Good Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to details
• Experience with multi-layer enterprise applications like Invoicing, Account Management, Contracts and Payables is a plus.
• Experience with bug tracking, test case management systems, and source control systems
• Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, self-motivated and perform well under pressureDetailed Description and Job Requirements
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design, and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower-level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
