Your Role and Responsibilities

Servant-leader responsible for running a highly complex operation, accountable for the processes and controls, and responsible for executing with excellence the delivery and fulfillment of Devices.
The ultimate goal is to provide a world-class User Experience for IBMers, that delivers productivity and drive business success.

Competencies required:

• 3 years or more of management and negotiations experience
• Communications and business acumen.
• Required to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate organizational and communication skills
• Ability to present material and clearly articulate to stakeholders and executives
• Experience leading teams with regional scope
• Demonstrates partnership and positive collaboration working with other IBM Services organizations on global initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder capability - able to operate at all levels with the internal Product Owner (CIO Devices@IBM), other stakeholders and the Client (IBMers)
• Drives Agility and Continuous Improvement in process.
• Strong Team leadership skills.
• Must be creative with issue resolution.
