Job Description
  • Responsible for providing secretarial support for customer representatives
  • Arrange accommodation and transportation for customer representatives
  • Liaise with local as well as overseas airlines customers
  • Assist Commercial Officer in maintaining records, manage the customer representative office and organizing all relationship building customer activities
  • Handle customer repair orders
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned



  • DSE graduated or above
  • At least 3 years work experience in secretarial work and hospitality sector
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Outgoing personality and is capable of working on own initiative
  • Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must
