Assistant Business Analysis Manager - KCP (Taiwan & Hong Kong)

Job Description

• The position objective is to develop finance leaders with hands-on experience on analysis / simulation mechanism / budgeting, be partnership with business unit, and also exposure to business strategy.

• Handles business unit financial result and identify risk and opportunity

• Business unit budgeting/ forecast modelling and analysis

• Prepare relevant business management reports and monitor all related spending

• Participate in business strategy discussion and provide comments with solid financial rationale behind

• Ad-hoc business / financial analysis and simulation by activities

Additional qualifications:

• Total 7+ years working experience in Finance filed of which as least 5 years in Financial Analysis

• Bachelor degree above; Master degree is preferred

• Proactive working attitude with attention to details and numbers; logically thinking and financial analysis capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skill to communicate and influence counter parties to align with corporate strategy

• Able to work independently under pressure and be willing to take challenges

• Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint, knowledge in SAP is a plus

• Proficient in English oral and written communication
