Job Description

Reporting to the Senior / Human Resources Manager, the incumbent will assume the following:

 

Post A: Key Responsibilities

  • Follow through the full cycle of recruitment activities
  • Conduct staff orientation and make on-boarding arrangements
  • Assist in co-ordinating staff learning and development initiatives
  • Plan and organize employee relations activities
  • Provide support for implementation and maintenance of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
  • Assist in reviewing and revising human resources policies and procedures
  • Handle enquiries from endusers
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Post B: Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full portfolio of compensation and benefits duties, including the administration of payroll, MPF, group insurance policies and tax filing
  • Maintain and update data analytics on headcount, staff costs and staff attrition etc
  • Serve as the administrator for the e-appraisal system
  • Provide support for recruitment and on-boarding arrangements
  • Assist in reviewing and revising human resources policies and procedures
  • Maintain the personnel filing system
  • Handle enquiries from endusers
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience in in sizeable or public organizations, with the following focus for respective posts:

Post A: Solid experience in serving as business partner, organizing social activities and/or learning and development initiatives preferred

Post B: Strong proficiency in applications of Human Resources Management System and spreadsheet manipulation

  • Sound knowledge of good human resources practices, Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High integrity, meticulous and acumen for sensitive issues
  • Multi-tasking, a good team player and customer-oriented

 

Remark: Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Senior Human Resources Officer post.
