Job summary
Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented lawyer to fill the position of Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon’s fast expanding marketplace businesses and related cross-border logistics businesses around the globe.

Key job responsibilities
This position, based in Shanghai, will negotiate strategic commercial agreements, assist the business with product/service development initiatives, and interact with regulatory authorities on licensing and other compliance related issues. The candidate will be involved in and contribute to business build-up, have primary transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on deals, and provide ongoing legal counselling and contract interpretation for business teams. A strong background in technology and the e-commerce industry is a plus.
