Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end to end automated processes, development and delivering effective solutions to our client's services. From planning and design, liaising with internal stakeholders across mapping out the process, to identification of core development solution. Ensuring that processes are seamless, you will be using your communication skills to work with all stakeholders. Finally, once the end product has been signed off and deployed, you will be the first point of contact for the client and continue to develop any process changes or enhancements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- wide AIX knowledge (OS, HMC, VIOS)
- very good skills in scripting (Shell, Python)
- understanding and use of programming
- accuracy and attention to details
- be very customer-focused, internally and externally as you’ll develop solutions to ultimately have an end effect on our customers
- strong team ethic and be a problem solver

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- knowledge of SCCD
- knowledge of RES/Ivanti
- good knowledge of Network
