As a BI&DW Consultant with Oracle, you will be part of the world’s most complete, open and integrated business software and hardware Systems Company leading the digital transformation!
You will be responsible for leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. You may act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. You will effectively consult with management of customer organizations, participate in business development activities, develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to local Practice Manager
Maintains Customer relationship for the selected customers and/ or industry
Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with both customers and partners for the selected customers and/ or industry
Supervises opportunities, bids and projects for the selected customers and/ or industry
Able to present at any moment Oracle Consulting's view regarding selected customer processes, systems and improvement possibilities
Assumes Bid Manager role for the selected customers and/ or industry
Assumes Solution Specialist role for the selected technologies
Must offer hands-on experience of Oracle BI/ DW products
Define/ develop DW architectures 
Reviews proposed Technical & Functional Solutions and corresponding estimates for selected bids
Represents Oracle in project Steering Committee for selected projects
Identifies project extensions, constructing business justifications for it and advocating it in front of Customer
Identifies new possible projects for Oracle Consulting, works closely with Consulting Sales Reps in the Sales process, constructing business justifications for new projects and advocating it in front of Customer
Supports Project Managers in making timely and effective decisions by assessing risks and evaluating alternatives for selected projects
Provides functional and technical direction and support for selected projects
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
The BI&DW Solution Specialist will be an integral member of the Technology, BI and DW Consulting Team and the ideal candidate will have\:
Education level\: university degree
At least 3 years’ experience as BI/DW consultant 
Previously involved in team leading activity and/ or functional lead role in IT service delivery projects for large organizations
Experience in delivering IT projects as a functional specialist, developer and/ or solution architect in large organizations is considered a plus
Technical background and involvement in BI/ DW projects
Knowledge of Oracle Technology products required; knowledge of other technologies (IBM, Microsoft) is considered a plus
Working experience with PL/SQL and ETL tools (ODI, OWB, Informatica, etc)
Experience with reporting tools (Oracle Business Intelligence, Business Objects, etc)
Good knowledge of DW design and modelling principles, data integration methodologies and architecture design
Previous experience in using integrating unstructured data sources would be an advantage
Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and flows in complex organizations is considered a plus
Sales or pre-sales experience in an IT services company is considered a plus
Fluency in English

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
