Mission of this role?
Take care of key business stakeholders in all areas of IT aspects including business and IT liaison management, business specific requirements and related implementations, IT service/project and cost/allocation alignment and IT satisfaction in key stakeholder perspectives. Lead all IT colleagues in his/her responsible scope.
What are your responsibilities for this role?
Fully in charge of:
Act as IT Business Partner and IT Manager for a specific business unit or Supporting Function and proactively provide
business and IT liaisons as single-contact-window and major communication channel to the business aligned with the defined communication concept/contents and country specific context;
Provide inputs to ensure IT Strategy is aligned with the business needs and in support of Business Strategy.
Manage the portfolio of demands, projects and services in alignment with OpCo HQ and Lead Country business;
Act as owner of business required specific IT projects, in charge of business-organizational aspects of an IT project and
accountable for life-cycle;
Driving and implementing IT projects for the BU with various partners in Siemens;
Driving productivity in business processes by means of IT solutions;
Budget ownership for IT operational as well as innovation spend for the BU within the country;
Makes sure that Cyber Security- and IT compliance aspects/requirements are properly addressed in the respective area of responsibility
Lead a group of IT colleagues in his/her scope;
Shared:
Manage and specify business information (budget, forecast, actual and consumption) for divisional services or projects that is essential for setting up priorities with regards to IT, in liaison with RC-CN IT Head and Business Administration team;
Understand, measure, drive and report customer satisfaction from senior/key stakeholder perspective.
What do you need to qualify for this role?
Bachelor for information technology, computer science, software engineering; Master is preferred;
Good knowledge and experience of Siemens businesses and their specific requirements;
Proven knowledge of Siemens methods and tools, applications and processes;
Collaboration and Communication across Teams, Departments and Countries, esp. with executives;
Strong customer focus orientation;
Leadership / motivator / facilitator / team developer;
Authentic and convincing consulting, collaboration & communication skills (e.g. story telling);
Strong in relationship management (within business and IT);
Entrepreneurial competencies (outcome driven, capable of business-driven analysis, negotiation skills, assertiveness, planning skills, business model generation, value co creation)
Sound IT, technology and relevant business background;
Drives innovations & visions;
Capability of handling fluidly high tension and conflicts;
Extensive knowledge of Siemens Policies, Procedures and standards;
> 6 years working experience in IT function;
>3 years team management or project management experience;
>2 years international company working experience
