Please note that this is a maternity cover for 12 - 15 months. What part will you play? You will complete a number of processes and activities during the sales process with respect to an effective administration of proposals, sales orders and deliveries, concerning both sales and after-sales processes: Back office administration: creation of offers in SAP, administration and monitoring of offers and orders Internal reporting, communication with customers, close cooperation with the sales organization Preparation and reviews of customer orders / revisions to orders, incl. Ordering tools Reviewing customer orders and checking consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales, commercial or project management organization Initiating sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements Monitoring and ensuring timely shipment of equipment, both internally and towards customers Interface with factory/delivery centers to resolve all issues related to deliveries What you need to make real what matters: A College or University degree Previous experience in administration or sales processes English language fluency Experience working in SAP will be an advantage Strong analytical skills and attention to details Keen on setting high standards and monitoring progress towards goals We are looking forward to meeting you!
